• 5K for Men
• 4K for Women
CHALLENGE:
• All runners will start together, with women turning for the finish after 2 miles.
• In most races where women run 4K and men run 5K, the women’s 4K time is usually faster than the men’s 5K.
• All awards will be given out in the single finish chute after runners cross the finish line.
• Male and female compete together
• Register, warm-up, run, get your award if you are in the Top 100 and head home before it gets too hot !
